Over the past decade, I’ve developed relationships with many practices that draw from sound, movement, and breath, as well as ceremonial work in various traditions to help facilitate connection, healing and transformation.
When I discovered the feeling of truly being in my body, I understood that embodiment was the key to my belonging to life and to my authentic expression. A dedicated focus on yoga evolved into a passion for ecstatic dance, and I continue to embrace dance as a path to a fully embodied life. I love feeling the elements of my dance in my expression of massage: listen, align, release, and flow. My calling to birth work came alive on the Big Island of Hawaii, and in 2019 I completed the Holistic Doula Training at Pacific Rim College. I am drawn to the raw power of birth and to being of service to that power. It holds all things about being human. I source inspiration from the endless paths of discovery within the somatic experience, my professional practice and my human journey. |
